For Multi-tenant ,the payroll module also factors in management fees of the client in generating the payroll.

Payments and Collections

Payments from customers and vendors are made easy through our enhanced payment module. Payments are triggered via SMS or Email to assigned user which allows them initiate payments via Mobile money, Mastercard or Visa. Transaction alerts and invoices are automatically triggered upon payment. Reports are generated for the finance team for reconciliation purposes
The collections module in STAK allows users to receive payments from customers via Mobile Money, VISA or Mastercard. A URL is generated from the application and sent to the customer via email or SMS through which all the channels of payment can be used by the customer to effect any outstanding payment and a notification will be sent to the user once the payment is confirmed

Document Management System

Document searching is simplified by the process of making all documents full-text searchable. Even the content of scanned paper documents, faxes, and emails can be made fully-text searchable. Image-based scans and faxed documents are made searchable using optical character recognition (OCR) technology on STAK.
The bigger and more complex your organization is, the more levels of confidentiality you will have – for example, for a mid-size organization you may use the kind of information classification levels with three confidential levels and one public level. This is usually done based on the results of the risk assessment: the higher the value of information (the higher the consequence of breaching the confidentiality), the higher the classification level should be. STAK is modelled to comprehensively enforce all access restrictions on users in the application both internal and external

STAK allows users request documents from customers and vendors through Email and SMS.With a click of button customers are able to send documents back to the requested user. With its SLA management feature alerts are triggered the requested user when documents requested are not shared in due time.
STAK allows documents to be shared by employees and third party collaborators. User is also allowed to request approvals from collaborators with visibility of this request from user’s dashboard
